3b is a recognised Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) providing finance and access to business support for enterprises within disadvantaged communities. The 3b Loan Fund is available for start-up and existing businesses with quantifiable growth potential.

These funds can be used to lever additional investment from other Sources and can be utilised for legitimate capital expenditure purposes.

	Loans available for start-ups to a maximum of £10,000 and existing businesses to a maximum of £25,000.
	Interest of 6% above Bank of England Base Rate and fixed throughout the duration of the agreed loan period
	Repayments made over a period of 3-5 years
	On-going Financial Advisory Service
	Financial advice and support is also offered on other grant/ loans available.
