Enterprise Awareness
Seminars Enterprise Awareness Seminars: This covers areas such as
Marketing for Profit, lifetime Value of customers and management information
systems.
Business Assessments One-to-One
assessments are conducted by 3b personal advisors who analyse the needs of
clients and assess where the Programme can add most value.
Management Training Training is an on-going process to
provide the necessary skills for managing businesses. The training offered
covers general management, marketing and accounting & finance.
It is possible for 3b to provide individual training to meet specific needs
as well as regular group meetings when the topics are of a more general
interest. Where suitable, 3b can arrange for training to be provided by outside
specialist agencies to ensure that the most appropriate training is received.
Also there is training for those who require further confidence building
and motivation. This includes important areas such as gold settin, self esteem
enhancement, coaching and individual development.
ICT Training Workshops The aim of the
workshop is to introduce Information and communication Technology particularly
to minority owned SME's in order to help them develop a flexible workforce that
can adapt to change.
Post Start Counselling The aim of the
post start counselling is to ensure that clients receive ongoing counselling,
mentoring and advice as their business develops.
Specialist Business Consultancy This is
provided for those companies, which are growing organically or through
diversification. In order to achieve this growth, there is a need for further
specialist advice in any particular business area.
