Catering:

Catering services are available on request from a selection of freshly prepared hot and cold buffets menus. Catering requirements are completed on the Conference Booking Form and orders must be placed up to 7 working days prior to the date of your event.  For a copy of 3b’s Catering Menus and prices contact the Conferencing Team on 0121 523 1820.

Refreshment Packages:

Refreshments include Tea, Coffee, Herbal Teas, Fruit Juices, Water and Biscuits.

Delegate Refreshment Package for Full Day booking includes:

• Morning Refreshment (On arrival)
• Mid-day Refreshments and Catering available on request  
• Mid-Afternoon Refreshments

Delegate Refreshment Package for Half Day booking includes:

• Morning Refreshment (On arrival)
• Mid-day Refreshments and  Catering available on request 

Afternoon Bookings:

• Mid-day Refreshments and Catering available on request 
• Mid-Afternoon Refreshments

Delegate refreshment package for Hourly Bookings includes:

• Refreshments available on request 

Please note refreshment prices are fixed per delegate group. This will not affect the number of times refreshments are served for each booking type.
