Athelston 'Tony' Sealey is a Business Franchise Operator with McDonald's Restaurants Ltd and has chaired the Local enterprise Agency, Black Business in Birmingham (3b) since 1989.He is a Board Member of the Regional Development Agency with responsibility for black and ethnic minority community engagement, access t finance, business support and regeneration. He is also a member of both the National and Regional Ethnic Minority Business Forums.He is Vice Chairman of the Birmingham & Solihull Mental Health Trust and continues to be a member of the Birmingham & Solihull Employer Coalition.

Beverly Lindsay(Company Secretary)
Beverly Lindsay established Diamond Travel, a fully bonded travel agent in 1987. Although she runs a very demanding business, she still finds time to be involved in community activities, providing support to many organisations. In 2001 she was recognised by the Jamaican government for the work she has done and was awarded Best Businesswoman by 3b in 2002. |

Yvonne Williams (Director)
Yvonne Williams has been a Director of 3b for over 10 Years. She is currently an Executive Senior Sales Director for Mary Kay Cosmetics. She has worked for Mary Kay for 10 years and became the first Director in the UK. She previously managed Ebony's of Mayfair Hair & Beauty for 16 years. Ebony's was the first company in north England to offer a Youth Training Scheme for black hair. Yvonne is currently working with more than 1,000 women in the UK and Netherlands who are running their own businesses with Mary Kay Cosmetics. | |
