African Caribbean owned enterprises for the purpose of encouraging and supporting wealth creation
through enterprise in black and minority ethnic communities.
The 3b mission is the organisation's driving force. Our vision is a committed
Champion for Community Economic Empowerment.
Our goal is to be the very best Minority Business Development Centre (MBDC) in the
United Kingdom.
The Aims & Objectives of the organisation are as follows:
- To continue to be a dynamic, pace setting agency in business support for minority ethnic
businesses by leading, facilitating and contributing to the growth of existing small business
and start-up enterprise.
- To support the growth of small business among minority ethnic communities, through direct
investment and increasing access to other sources of finance.
- To seek to develop networking and partnership relationships, with existing and new players
in the field of SME business support and finance.
- To be client focused and responsive to the needs of our clients base in the areas of
finance, training, learning, advice, specialist consultancy and business development.
3b will remain focused on this goal. We aim to be the United Kingdom's premier MDBC, dedicated
to the delivery of exceptional services to the African Caribbean entrepreneur, and the very best in
added value for our key private and public sector strategic partners.
